JRLA provides accident reconstruction services for both railroad and highway accidents. Founded in 1994 by James Loumiet,
we apply the science, technology, research, and experience necessary to provide accurate and defensible results.

EXPERIENCE THAT COUNTS

JRLA has provided services in hundreds of accident cases, both plaintiff and defense. Mr. Loumiet holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is an accident reconstructionist with over 20 years experience. He has testified as an expert in Federal, State, and local courts across the U.S.
