Expertise

Since 1994, JRLA’s expertise has been focused on the investigation, reconstruction, and scientific analysis of railroad and highway accidents, primarily in support of the litigation community.

Our experience in accident reconstruction, train operations, and highway safety research, coupled with our strong scientific and computational abilities, gives us the ability to answer detailed and difficult questions about the specifics of an accident.

Reconstruction of transportation accidents generally requires consideration of the three fundamental components of a transportation system: the vehicles, the operators, and the environment. We have the ability to assess the role of each of these components in an accident.

See our Expertise pages for more specific information on what we do and how we can help.
